EVENT REPORTED by SAM GUARD®

In early September an event was generated indicating a slow downward drift of the flow in a control valve. This while the valve is fully open.



MAINTENANCE TEAM FINDINGS

The issue was forwarded to the plant team which found that the valve was partially blocked.
Due to SAM GUARD® event the valve was cleaned and flow stabilized.

COST / DOWNTIME AVOIDED

Early maintenance assured the process wasn’t disturbed and prevented production losses.
