Identified an issue with the vaporizer’s pressure indicator. The pressure began to gradually decline starting on 07/02/24 and continued for nearly a month.

MAINTENANCE TEAM FINDINGS

Despite the pressure drop being minor, from 2.5 bar to 2.4 bar, the consistent decline raised concerns, signaling a potential issue.

On-site inspection uncovered an air leak in the pipeline near the vaporizer. The issue was promptly addressed, preventing further complications and ensuring optimal system performance.
